Rough Weather

If inclement weather prevents us from collecting, we’ll be out as soon as it’s safe for our crews to do so.

Holidays

If your collection day falls on New Years Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day, your collection day will be one business day later. If the holiday falls on a weekend, collection days are not affected.

Please consult your property management agreement to verify holiday schedules.
